PETANQUE IN THE PARK - 14 April, 2013
Please join us at the petanque pitch at Queen's Park (Lindsay street near the Arthur Street intersection) at 2pm for a casual afternoon of petanque with other members.
MOZART L'OPERA ROCK (CINECLUB SCREENING, members only) - 21 April, 2013
Please join us in the upstairs function room of the Métro Café for the screening of: MOZART l’OPÉRA ROCK (MOR). Yet another successful musical to come from France, produced by Dove Attia and Albert Cohen, MOR follows the story of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Starring Mikelangelo Loconte, Merwan Rim, Solal, Florent Mothe, Mélissa Mars… Subtitles will be provided in French, which will also give you the chance to sing along to some of the hit songs from this musical!
Come along to the Métro Café early on 21 April and be privy to a special deal. Mention ‘Alliance’ when ordering lunch with a glass of wine prior to the screening for a 10% discount. As well as that, prior to and during the screening, order coffee and cake for a special price of $10, when you mention ‘Alliance'.
