The Alliance Française is an international network of French institutes spread throughout the world. You'll find all the information about it in this page.

Are all the Alliances Françaises the same?

No, they are all different. They are bound by a common purpose to the Paris Alliance but they are independent associations regulated by local law. This website is about the Alliance Française de Toowoomba only. We can't book a course in another Alliance in Australia or in France. If you wish to learn about the other Alliances in Australia click here.

How do I enrol for a course and in which level?

Enrolment is achieved by filling in a form, available from the web site, and sending this to Alliance by mail. If you enrol in the wrong level you will still have the choice of going to another level without any additional fees.

Do you provide courses in private homes?

No, the Alliance Française de Toowoomba does not provide courses in private homes. Nevertheless, we can put in relations with private French teachers.

What are your teachers qualifications?

All our teachers have the Blue Card which allows them to work with children. Our staffs are very enthusiastic and highly committed. When available, teachers who are native French speakers take our classes.

How many students are there in a class?

We limit the enrolments to 20 students maximum for a group. There are usually around 15 people per class.

What kind of qualifications do you offer?

The Alliance Française de Toowoomba does not offer any qualification. Nevertheless, the Alliance Française de Brisbane offers different kind of tests.
